Can I ask for a smoking room?
No, both boats are made of wood and no smoking is permitted in any cabin.

How can I reach the boats?
- From Venice Marco Polo airport:
Public transport: Alilaguna, Blue / Red line to the “Giudecca Stucky” stop.
For information: https://www.alilaguna.it/ - From Venezia Santa Lucia train station:
Public transport: vaporetto line 4.1 or 2 at the Ferrovia landing until the “Redentore” stop.
Boats are a 10-minute walk from the stop. - For those arriving by car, you can park your vehicle in the Garage of Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto *.

Can I have an invoice for my reservation?
Yes, it is sufficient to signal the request within the appropriate space while the reservation is made.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, to change the reservation you need to call 0039 331 1903020 and our staff will be happy to answer any request.
Are the boats accessible to people with disabilities?
The boats have a single access through a narrow external ladder. Unfortunately, access for people with wheelchairs or large supports is not possible.
Where can I leave my car?
The only car parks in Venice are available near Piazzale Roma and, especially in high season, it is preferable to book in advance the parking space (some of the parking are: Garage San Marco, Municipal Garage, Garage Sant’Andrea, Parking Tronchetto).
Can I ask for an extra bed in the cabin?
No, inside the boats the beds can not be changed, in case there is the need to book for 4 or more people, 2 or more cabins must be booked.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Are there any penalties for arrivals or departures at different times than expected?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out must be done before 10:00.
In case of arrival before the check-in time, the possibility of access to the cabin is not guaranteed but you can store your luggage for free at the property.
- In case of arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 there is a penalty of € 20.00.
- In case of arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a penalty of € 30.00.
- In case of arrival after 00:00 there is a penalty of € 50.00.
- In case of departure after 10:00 there is a penalty of € 10.00 and we kindly ask you to inform the cabin crew when you check in.
I am intolerant / allergic to certain foods, is it possible to have some variation for breakfast?
Yes, it is sufficient to indicate the type of intolerance / allergy within the space provided on the booking screen.
